Happy First Birthday, Nathan!

Sometimes the time seemed to pass unbearably slowly, but at the end of the first year, I’m baffled at how quickly it went by and how far we’ve all come!

      Hahaha, it was a cupcake, and (just like I thought!) he was totally freaked out by the frosting! (We have some texture issues . . . *gulp*!) It took him quite a while to end up happy with his snack, but it was worth it for that picture :)

      I’m so pleased with how it came out! I was worried it would be a huge build up for a whole bunch of disappointed-face pictures (I still need to post them on Facebook, it’s pretty hilarious how suspicious he was of it!)
